Cancellation Policy

Please see below the details of our Cancellation Policy. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your catering. Due to stock ordering, kitchen preperation and resource planning, we request that you cancel any orders before 2pm on the working day before your delivery. You can do this online, on our website or by phone. Any cancellations in line with this policy will not be charged (0% charge). Orders cancelled after 2pm the working day before your delivery will be charged in full (100% charge). Thank you for your understanding.
